I leave for Tokyo tomorrow.
This is it, huh?
The other day I bought souvenirs/gifts to give to new friends I make in Japan and to new people I meet. I bought postcards and keychains and a bunch of really fun things.
I’m so excited to meet new people!
Ahhhh this is such a cute idea!! ;; u;; I should get some NYC omiyage to bring with me and give to new friends (and old ones) too!
Just over a month. Still so much left to do. Like figure out how many blogs I’m keeping, ahahaha. I need to keep a non-tumblr blog for family and professors and our post office lady (who helped me mail all my application stuff on time!) and I’m contemplating keeping a separate tumblr for my idol culture/AKB48 experiences. TOO MANY BLOGS.

On January 2nd, my best friend and I purchased daruma, set our goals for the year and drew in one of their eyes.
Last night, I got to draw in my daruma’s other eye.
I’ll be in Tokyo this spring for my final college semester. This blog will document my travels and experiences!

I’m compiling a portfolio for my Temple University Japan application so that I might be able to place into a non-elementary photo class! These are all 3+ years old but I still like them!
